FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has active member, coils, core, magnetizing system, commutation system and device for reproducing phonograms. Coils and core are enclosed in external flexible material envelope forming an elongated body. The coils are connected to commutation device output, its input being connected to power amplifier of device for reproducing phonograms. The device for reproducing phonograms has phonogram carrier, reader unit, power amplifiers and control unit. Acoustic signal written to phonogram has spectrum and modulation corresponding treatment method. It is transformed into electric signal by the device for reproducing phonograms at the exit from power amplifier of this device and is sent to commutation device. AC flowing through coils of magnetizing system magnetizes the coils causing creation of alternating magnetic field, heat is released, acoustic power is radiated producing physiotherapeutical action. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of combined treatment with magnetic and vibroacoustic fields. 17 cl, 4 dwg
