SPORTSMEN EXERCISING APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: sportive equipment, in particular, equipment for exercising of sportsmen engaged in tourist all-round, mountain climbing and tourism events. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has at least three supports fixed in several points and connected by endless rope so as to change angle of inclination to vertical plane and speed. Tension of rope may be adjusted by means of set loading, with weight of sportsman being taken into account. Rope has clamps with foot loops (for lifting of sportsman). Movable support is made in the form of block positioned for engagement with rope, on which clamps with foot loops are fixed. Mounting climber's connections unit is joined to movable support. Apparatus may be used for sportsmen exercising in room as well as in open air. Exercising by means of such apparatus is aimed at working out of individual groups of muscles, such as arms, legs or shoulder girdle muscles. Exercising may be carried out at early age (for example, at school children age). EFFECT: simplified and compact construction, provision for acquiring by user of skills in spatial orientation and increased stability under hard conditions. 2 cl, 1 dwg
