FIELD: sportive equipment, in particular, sportsman exercising technique.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has variable resistance block comprising base with platform, U-shaped columns fixed thereon, and two chains provided with bar receptacles. Holder for standard length bar is fixed on each of said columns so as to be discretely repositioned. Chains are attached with their one ends to bar top, and with their other ends to bar bottom, and are thrown through two pairs of rotating sprockets. Disks are positioned at ends of bar for providing predetermined constant loading mode. Motion parameter data registering and processing unit comprises motion parameter measuring unit having strain meters, and angular motion meters. Strain meters are connected through analog-to-digital converters to personal computer. Shock-absorbing spring is fastened to free end of additional lever, with other end of said spring being fastened to free end of first lever. Ends of shock-absorbing spring are connected to ends of levers for rotation and sliding.

EFFECT: increased content of information on parameters of users' motive actions.
