FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an agglomerator for processing of the waste plastics materials and is dealt with devices used for processing of wastes the thinsheet and film type thermoplastic polymeric materials into an agglomerate - a loose material and may be used at the enterprises processing plastic waste products. The agglomerator contains a base, on which there is a hinging vertical container with the loading and unloading apertures. In the lower part of the hinged vertical container there is at least one shredder linked with a drive of rotation and made in the form of a cross-arm mounted on the shaft of the drive having knives rigidly fixed on its ends. The knives are made with the straight-line cutting edges, shifted in the plane of their rotation in respect to the line passing through the center of rotation by a specified value so, that directions of the knives cutting edges form with this line a sliding angle, and are fixed on the cross-arm with a capability to adjust the value of this shift and a capability of their rigid fixation in different positions with an advantage to chose the sliding angle corresponding to optimum conditions to process the corresponding waste polymeric material. The vertical container can be executed oval in its crosssection. The agglomerator will allow to optimize the process of comminution of the thin-sheet and film polymeric materials waste products with different physicalmechanical properties at their processing into the agglomerate.
