FIELD: chemical industry; processing of wastes of fine sheet and film-type thermoplastic polymeric materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to processing of wastes of the fine-sheet and film-type thermoplastic polymeric materials and may be used at the enterprises processing of plastic waste materials. The agglomeration device for plastics materials wastes processing contains a tank with the loading and discharge windows, in the lower part of which there are at least two driven rotors with knives rigidly fixed on them. The knives on each of the rotors are mounted with an inclination in respect to the surface of revolution formed by their cutting edges for transportation of the flow of the processing material along an axis of each rotor. The knives with the lower location of the cutting edges are made with an inclination for the ground material slipping on their slant front surface and transportation upward. The knives with the upper location of their cutting edges are made with an inclination for the ground material transportation downward. The angles of inclination of the knives of one rotor are made counter-directed to the angles of inclination of the knives of another rotor for stirring of the ground material at its transportation from the knives of one rotor to the knifes of another rotor and vice versa. The invention allows to simplify a design of the device and to increase efficiency of a sintering process of wastes of the fine-sheet and film-type thermoplastic polymeric materials.

EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification of the agglomeration device design, increased efficiency of a sintering process of wastes of the fine-sheet and film-type thermoplastic polymeric materials.
