FIELD: weight-measuring equipment, weighing of loose materials. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in enhanced operational efficiency of batch meter while weighing (metering) product (raw material) up to 100.0 kg. It is achieved by use of six low-frequency filters, synchronous detectors, instrumentation amplifiers, strain-gauge transducers with main and additional hoppers. Inputs and outputs of strain-gauge transducers are connected through power amplifiers to corresponding controllers. Controllers are connected via serial interface to industrial computer which makes it feasible to increase efficiency of weight-measuring complex with generation of high productivity and accuracy of true value of mass when dispatching (unloading) product and keeping data base, to control operation of batch meter by transmission of required parameters from controllers to industrial computer. In agreement with invention inputs-outputs of serial interface of control devices of first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh hoppers are connected to industrial computer by common bus and control device incorporates controller, four low-frequency filters, synchronous amplitude detector, unit controlling opening-closing of upper and lower gates, power amplifier, instrumentation amplifier. Differential inputs of instrumentation amplifier are connected to output of second low-frequency filter and output of third low-frequency filter, first input of control device is connected to input of second low-frequency filter, second input of control device is connected to input of third low-frequency filter and output of instrumentation amplifier is connected to input of synchronous amplitude detector which output is connected to input of first low-frequency filter. Output of the latter is connected to first input of controller, which first and second outputs are connected to first and second inputs of unit controlling opening-closing of upper and lower gates, first and second outputs of unit controlling opening-closing of upper and lower gates are connected to first and second outputs of control device, third and fourth outputs of control device are connected through power amplifier to output of fourth low-frequency filter which output is connected to third output of controller.
