FIELD: controlling semi-continuously running reactors.
SUBSTANCE: plant incorporating proposed device has reactor distinguished by transient dynamic characteristics in dosing different-phase (liquid and loose) components in pulsed mode, liquid component service tank, dispenser, and loose component auger feeder. Mass, level, and pressure transducers installed in service tank as well as loose component mass transducer mounted in bin are used as information channels. Device depends for its operation on pulse-frequency dosing including variable pulse integration ensured due to using low integration level microprocessor controller, disposing electropneumatic digital and analog converters close to three-way shut-off valves, employing packaged design of dispenser and intake pipe for service tank, and installing vibration-type loose component flow booster.
EFFECT: reduced dispensing time, enhanced reactor fill-up level, reduced trouble probability.
