FIELD: ophthalmology, multifocal lenses. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at design of such lenses with successive addition in which undesirable astigmatism diminishes and width of channel between intermediate zone and vision zone at close distance increases. This result is achieved as lens carrying optical work stock, which has surface with successive addition, vision zone at close distance and first added focal power also includes one or more continuous optical elements with second added focal power. At least one continuous optical element is so positioned that it overlaps vision zone at close distance. In this case added focal power of lens is sum of first and second added focal powers. Invention describes variants combining surfaces with successive addition. EFFECT: expanded functional potential of lenses. 23 cl, 10 dwg
