FIELD: submarine building; rescue of submarine crew. SUBSTANCE: emergency life-saving and rescue system includes hull with pressure-tight compartments, wheel-house with control station and extensible venting units, air intake, periscope and antenna, reactor plant and rescue module secured on submarine and provided with separating units. This module has form of submarine. Wheel-house is common for submarine and for said rescue module. Separating units include four or eight separation pyro-engines. Gas chamber found in bottom portion of rescue module is used as additional reservoir for regulating tank. Secured to side surfaces of wheel-house are two water-jet engines for forming vertical thrust and two water-jet engines for forming horizontal thrust are mounted in aft portion of rescue module.
