A rescue submarine is proposed, designed to rescue the crews of emergency submarines lying on the ground under ice, having an outer hull, a durable hull, equipment and systems that ensure navigation in surface and underwater positions, a deep water diving set with a receiving and output device and a decompression system that provides rescue of submariners using a “wet” method, a power plant, a hull shape oriented for high underwater speed, underwater lighting and surveillance equipment, remote-controlled uninhabited underwater vehicles, an advanced system of anchor devices, ensuring, in cooperation with thrusters, accurate positioning and reliable retention over the emergency submarine to ensure the operation of the rescue bell installed on it, which carries out rescue using a “dry” method.

EFFECT: increase in the seaworthiness and speed characteristics of the submarine, the ability to navigate and maneuver underwater, as well as the reliability of emergency rescue operations.
