FIELD: fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing fertilizers and can be used in technical processes for preparing organomineral fertilizers. Invention claims organomineral fertilizer comprising oxidized brown coal and mineral substances ground in combination being fertilizer comprises phosphorites as the source of mineral substance in the following composite, wt. -%: P2O5, 4.0-16.0; CaO, 22.0-34.0; SiO2, 28.0-44.0; K2O, 0.1-1.9; MgO, 6.0-16.0; Al2O3, 0.6-3.6 in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: oxidized brown coal, 25.0-35.0; phosphorites, 65.0-75.0. The realization of the proposed invention provides the development of organomineral fertilizer comprising 35% of oxidized brown coal, not above, without overloading a fertilizer with coal and providing the conversion of phosphorus as a component of fertilizer to the form that is assimilated by plants due to the presence of active functional groups of humate ions.
