SUBSTANCE: the device has a body with air bosoms connected to a piston chamber, the explosive in a shell located in the body is made in the form of an extended shaped charge provided with a damping pad, fuse made of an initiating explosive in the form of a cartridge with a detonator, the body is made up of two detachable parts (the upper and lower ones) connected by an axle and fixed by a lock, and the extended shaped charge with the damping pad and the piston with its chamber are toroid-shaped, the piston is provided with guides rigidly fixed to it and installed perpendicularly to its surface, the upper part of the body is provided with a central air bosom connected through ducts with valves to the atmosphere and toroid-shaped piston chamber, and the upper part of the body is installed for turning in the vertical plane relative to the lower part, the toroid-shaped duct for the extended shaped charge is made with a slot conjugated to the funnel of the shaped charge and positioned in the lower part of the body.
