FIELD: hair care equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with at least one tip for applying of hair care means. Tip is made conical or polygonal and is equipped at the end with needle or edge. Tip has through hole extending in parallel with apparatus longitudinal axis from tip and casing junction site to open mouth on upper part of tip. Tip has wall of uniform thickness from base to apex part, so that on using of apparatus with tip oriented downward, hair care means is forced to fill conical or polygonal inner volume for treating hair tress introduced through mouth into slot along variable length depending on depth of insertion of hair tress into slot.
