SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Device for dynamic electroporation comprises long applicator in insulation material with rounded front part for vaginal and/or anal introduction, on front surface of which there are two annular electrodes, and channel connected with central seat accommodating syringe with piston for functioning as manual dosing of pharmacological products or active ingredients. Electrodes are connected to pulse generator with programmable voltage and frequency and are located at sides of intermediate holes. To annular electrodes can be applied electric voltage by means of programmable control generator with display. Intermediate annular hole is communicated with channel by means of radial drain and is configured to generate with processed vaginal or anal surface and between said annular electrodes partially convex area to above channel.

EFFECT: uniform contact of drug with entire treated surface, as well as uniform and deep transdermal and trans-mucosal transportation of medical substances.
