SUBSTANCE: tool includes working shaping portions Joined by means of fastening members and arranged concentrically, body and overload preventing device. In order to enhance efficiency while keeping sufficient strength, tool is provided with strengthening rollers spring-loaded along its common axis, arranged in working shaping portions of tool and having profiles similar to those to be worked. Stem of one of working shaping portion is arranged in tool body with possibility of lengthwise and angular motion and with possibility of compensating linear and angular fluctuations. Spacing from common axis of tool until mean-diameter circle of thread of working portions and until mean-diameter circle of spring-loaded strengthening roller may be the same.
