FIELD: helicopter rotor blades made from composite materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed blade has hollow spar made from laminated composite materials and provided with outer metal plates in its shank part and coupling holes where hubs are located; blade has tail section made in form of cellular filler and skin. Upper and lower flanges of spar shank are made in form of alternating layers of composite material and metal foil. Shank has two additional holes with hubs for bolted joint of outer metal plates with flanges of spar; axes of bolted joints are located at distance of 0.5-0.7 of distance between axes of coupling holes. Layers of metal foil may have similar length over blade radius. EFFECT: enhanced strength and aerodynamic characteristics. 2 cl, 11 dwg
