FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: blade includes hollow spar, abrasive-resistant profile and tip fairing forming aerodynamic profile of blade. Spar web is made from composite material fibers located over entire length in form of cross-reinforced main layers and shortened layers located in zone of local increase of stiffness and strength. Spar has shank portion with coupling and tail section. Spar is additionally provided with main layers with fibers located at angle of 40 to 50 deg. alternating in thickness of web relative to longitudinal axis. Reinforcing fibers of main layers are located at angle of 5 to 15 deg., reinforcing fibers of shortened layers are laid at angle of 5 to 15 deg. In manufacture of blade, composite material fibers are wound on mandrel having flat auxiliary section and trapezoidal tail section which is used for forming swept tip.
