FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped body with connecting thread, matrices with diamond-containing sectors fixed on device. Sectors are fixed to the matrix by methods of powder metallurgy. Sectors are made in form of rectangular trapezoids with sharp angles at greater foundation. Sharp angle of rectangular trapezoid of each following sector is located on the side, which is opposite to the sharp angle of rectangular trapezoid of previous sector. Sectors are separated by washing channels. Through each three sectors a rectangular-shaped sector is placed. EFFECT: increased mechanical boring speed. 5 dwg
