After pumping of said fringe ultrasonic generator is placed, ultraviolet radiation frequency range of which can be of following values: 10-15, 22-24, 320-960 kHz. During delay for reaction, lowering of packaging is performed with cyclic hydraulic percussions with pressure from 5 to 40 mPa in amount up to 8 for one lowering of packaging.
