FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, prior to treatment measured is pH of productive bed to be treated, and injected into bed are solutions of chemical agents with changing pH of medium. On completion of reaction of injected solution, bore-hole is developed until complete recovery of reaction products and destruction of sedimentation. Then following cycle of treatment is performed by injecting into bed solution of chemical agents having pH opposite to pH of medium being treated before injection of solution in preceding cycle. Treating cycles are performed until complete cleaning of productive bed. Solutions of chemical agents contain ionogenic surface-active matter in amount of not less than 0.5 mass %. Solutions with alkali reaction of medium contain anionogenic surface-active matter, and solutions with acid reaction of medium contain cationic surfactants. At every subsequent treating cycle, volume of solution injected into bed is increased by 10-15%. Aforesaid treatment results in increased permeability of rock mass in bottom-hole zone of productive bed and increased working surface for inflow of bed fluid. Due to that, increased is output of oil and gas wells, and also is injectivity of injection wells. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 cl, 1 tbl
