FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device has cylinder, control valve with locking element with valve body, gas and cocking hollows formed by plunger with rod placed in the cylinder, the rod being fixed by locking element of control valve, saddle and pre-valve hollow connected through external control valve to force-pumping and draining main lines, said pre-valve hollow being formed by cylinder and valve and being connected to cocking hollow by means of apertures made in the valve. Locking element of control valve is made of valve body having ring-shaped hollow, a resilient element placed in said hollow, moveable barrel and fixing ring for limiting moveable barrel in axial direction. Saddle is placed in the cylinder and contains body with a stop, a ring and compacting element placed in the hollow formed by stop of saddle body and by the ring. EFFECT: higher reliability and durability of hydropneumatic drive due to lowered wear, higher water tightness and use of resilient element of lower hardness in resilient connection. 2 dwg
