SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in measurement of angle of elevation coordinates of radiation sources in radar carrying phase array under action of intensive active jamming and other interference, in improved resolution of signals displaying various intensity by angle of elevation coordinate. Signal processing device built into radar with phase arrays includes N antenna elements, N reception channels each incorporating SHF amplifier, mixer, matched filter, quadrature phase detector, electron key and storage, local heterodyne, coherent heterodyne, commutator. Device is supplemented with quadrature analog-to-digital converter, first quadrature spectrum analyzer, meter of signal parameters, threshold unit, permanent storage, quadrature delay unit, first quadrature multiplier, quadrature rejection filter, second quadrature multiplier, second quadrature spectrum analyzer and delay unit.
