FIELD: radio electronics, applicable in radars for detection of signals of moving targets against the background of passive jamming moving under the action of wind (meteoformation and jamming of other types) with unknown correlation properties, as well as in air traffic control systems and in systems providing for sea ship navigation safety. SUBSTANCE: use is made of a new method of successive-parallel construction of the structure of rejection filter of the non-recursive type of an arbitrary order on the basis of two-channel rejection filters of parallel structure. Rejection bands of a P-fold rejection filter get adapted both to the width of the spectrum of passive jamming without estimation of its correlation matrix and to the Doppler velocity of the moving jamming cloud or radar platform. Use is made of new units, and new couplings are organized. As a result, the effectiveness of passive jamming rejection (rejection factor) in a wide variation of the fixed band of jamming spectrum ΔFpT =0,05...0,15 and order P=2...7 has increased on the average by 7dB.
