FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cable industry, in particular to compositions for manufacturing insulation for different sorts of cables for electrical engineering, oil production, and other industries. Composition based on ethylene/propylene block copolymer with 6 to 15% ethylene units and a complex of additives contains nucleator: titanium dioxide or calcium carbonate, or 1,3:2,4-dibenzylidene sorbitol, or 1,3:2,4-di-p-methyldibenylidene sorbitol, and further contains zinc stearate with following percentages of components, wt %: nucleator 0.5-2.0, benzenepropionic acid 3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-2-[3-[3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl] -1-oxopropylhydrazide) 0.2-0.6, propionic acid 3,3'-thio-bis(dioctadecyl ester) 0.2-0.6, benzenepropionic acid 3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-2,2-bis[[3-[3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl] -1-oxopropoxy] methyl] -propane-1,3-diyl ester 0.2-0.6, 2,4-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl) phenyl phosphite 0.2-0.6, zinc stearate 0.2-0.5, and ethylene/propylene block copolymer - the balance.
