SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents for mild treatment and conditioning skin. The composition comprises surface-active substance taken among anionic, non-ionic, zwitterions and cationic surface-active substance and their mixtures, useful agent as aggregated particles and cationic polymer in the amount 0.05-3.00 wt.-%. The composition provides cleansing and moistening effects, conditioning and protecting skin also, and effective delivery of useful agents also.
EFFECT: valuable cosmetic properties of composition.
