SUBSTANCE: softening moisturising compositions possess required properties in application, such as foam formation, provide excellent moisturising and conditioning effect on hair and on skin and are stable in storage. Claimed is soft, possessing high foam-forming ability and efficient water composition for hair and skin cleaning hair, which includes: i) from 1.5% to 7% C₁₀-C₁₄ and alkylethoxy(1-4 EO) of sulfosuccinate semi-ether surface active substance; ii) from 1.5% to 5.5% amphoteric surface active substance; iii) and sulfosuccinic acid or salt of sulfosuccinic acid, and iiii) buffering substance, ensuring pH from 5 to 7.

EFFECT: claimed invention ensures hair and skin softening.
