FIELD: oil and gas extracting industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has hollow cylindrical body. Inside the body a rod is telescopically mounted with through axial channel, connected to it by a slit connection. In middle portion on the rod a piston is mounted, located in operating cylinder and having a choking channel. Operating cylinder at length of piston drive is formed by cylinder-shaped shell placed inside the body. In middle portion cylinder shell is compacted relatively to the body, while on both sides of compaction it forms ring-shaped planes with the body. Higher and lower than the working cylinder ring-shaped separating pistons are moveably mounted. By means of end spaces ring-shaped planes are connected to above-piston and below-piston hollows of operating cylinder respectively. Cylinder shell has through radial apertures in the wall on both sides of compaction. Hollows of operating cylinder are filled with hydraulic fluid. Catcher has a fracturing device, prevents the rod from moving relatively to the body.
EFFECT: higher reliability and serviceability of hydraulic double-action catcher.
