FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used when releasing a stuck part of a drill string in a well. Disclosed is a group of inventions, which includes a hydraulic drilling jar (versions) and a sealing collar for jar. Jar comprises a spindle connected to a working pipe string. It also includes a housing interacting with the spindle by means of a splined pair. Besides, it comprises top and bottom cylinders rigidly coupled with released object and housing and having inner bored sections. Besides, it comprises traction and compensation rods. Sealed glands are coaxially and movably arranged inside the upper and lower cylinders and rigidly connected to the spindle, on which the upper and lower sealing collars are movably installed, made of material with elastic antifriction properties, with check valve and throttle, hydraulically separating bored sections of upper and lower cylinders. Besides, it comprises top and bottom compensation chambers rigidly coupled with top and bottom cylinders with floating pistons to isolate inner cavities of cylinders from ambient medium. Sealing collar is installed on the traction rod freely with an axial gap relative to the lower and upper thrust surfaces of the rod; on the upper thrust surface there are hydraulic channels and is made with possibility of interaction with the precision inner surface of the upper and lower cylinders. Sealing collar is made with possibility of movement from lower thrust surface of rod towards upper thrust surface of rod, which opens free flow of working fluid through the sealing collar along the internal annular gap between the traction rod and the sealing collar and then through the hydraulic channels. Sealing collar is made with possibility of movement from the upper thrust surface of the rod to the lower thrust surface of the rod, which prevents overflow of working fluid along the internal annular gap, at that, overflow of working fluid through the throttle takes place.
EFFECT: increasing the resource, service life and reliability of the hydraulic jar and increasing the reliability, durability and efficiency of the collar.
