FIELD: military equipment, in particular, detachable nose cones of various purpose, applicable for enhancing the combat efficiency of jet projectiles of salvo-fire systems.
SUBSTANCE: the detachable nose cone has a parachute section in the form of a housing with a bottom, separation charge, opening mechanism with a pusher and an opening charge, actuating members and boosting assemblies, the opening mechanism is rigidly fastened in the bottom of the parachute section and made in the form of a cylinder with a piston and annular stops located for engagement with one another after actuation of the parachute section boosting assembly. The opening charge and the hollow pusher fastened to the housing of the parachute section are installed on the piston of the opening mechanism. The pusher cavity accommodates the separation charge gas-dynamically coupled to the section cavity, an accumulating cavity is formed between the bottoms of the parachute section and the nose cone, it is gas-dynamically coupled to the opening charge and the actuating members of the nose cone. The separation and opening charges are gas-dynamically coupled to the two-channel safety-actuating mechanism positioned in the piston.
EFFECT: provided stable actuation of the parachute system in the conditions of unstabilized motion of the nose cone, as well as enhanced reliability of functioning of the ammunition actuating members.
