FIELD: measuring technique, particularly for investigating or analyzing materials.

SUBSTANCE: hygrometer includes chamber into which flat round condensation mirror, flat annular deflector with axial movement mechanism, light source and receiver are installed. All above components are arranged on common axis. Condensation mirror have working surface, which absorbs light rays. Another deflector is formed as inner chamber wall.

EFFECT: increased measuring accuracy and sensitivity.
