FIELD: measuring equipment, particularly for investigating materials.

SUBSTANCE: hygrometer includes measuring chamber, cooler, light rays source, light rays receiver, temperature-sensing device, gas inlet pipeline with valve, gas outlet pipeline with pressure gauge, screen and light guide. Screen has orifice and cylindrical operating surfaces. Light guide is arranged into pipe hermetically connected with protective glass. Protective glass is formed as emitting means for light rays emanation located into screen orifice.

EFFECT: accuracy of measurement.
