FIELD: medicine, neurology.
SUBSTANCE: in blood during exacerbation period of reflector forms of osteochondrosis in cervical vertebral department one should detect the level of serumal FNO-alpha due to immunoenzymatic assay. At its value ranged 19.57-28.3 pg/ml it is possible to conclude upon poor pain syndrome, at its value being from 28.31 to 50.41 - upon average pain syndrome, and at its value being above 50.41 pg/ml one may conclude upon high pain syndrome. The method for diagnostics is very simple, low invasive, requires no neurologist's special preparation, provides safety of diagnostics and has no side effects. The method enables to objectivize pain feelings, prescribe adequate and due therapy depending upon severity degree, and perform objective control for disease flow.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy conducted.
