SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes input of user information into network through information module, its processing, this being followed by entrance of databases, retrieval of desired data therefrom, their transfer over network to information, demonstration, and comment modules; information obtained is displayed on user and management screens and conveyed to peripheral information and publishing modules; user information is entered in databases, processed, retrieved from databases, and transmitted with aid of server applied programs run by means of proxy basing on Hyper-Text Transfer Protocol mechanisms.
