SUBSTANCE: claimed technical solution relates to the field of automated systems designed to control the life cycle of an object and its infrastructure. A system contains a construction monitoring system with a hardware and software complex for information processing, a system for collecting, transmitting, receiving, processing and analyzing information about a condition of technical infrastructure objects, including objects under construction and (or) commissioned, which contains a subsystem for monitoring a location and condition of personnel and (or) mobile objects and (or) a subsystem for monitoring a condition of stationary objects, while the system for collecting, transmitting, receiving, processing and analyzing information about the condition of technical infrastructure objects, containing an information reception unit, a unit for collecting and transmitting telemetric information about a condition of a linear object from sensors, collects data from object location sensors, access control sensors, data from subsystems, structures and analyzes collected data in real time, and data transmission from sensors to base stations and synchronization base stations is carried out using autonomous electronic means with configured sampling via radio communication channels, the transmission of received information from base stations and synchronization base stations is collected on a server via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or GSM communication channels.
EFFECT: collection and analysis of data on the life cycle of the object of completed construction or under construction and their infrastructure.
