FIELD: identification of radio signal modulation kind and parameters.
SUBSTANCE: method includes pre-generation of standard spectral components of matrices of radio signals to be identified, calculation of dispersion for them, and separation of least-dispersion spectral components as identification flags; radio signal received is digitized, matrix of its values is produced, its spectral components are calculated, identification flags are selected among them and compared with pre-generated standard spectral components, then radio signal received is identified. Signal value matrix is produced in the form of symmetrical matrix of digital readings of received radio signal; calculated as spectral components are inherent values of matrix obtained; selected as least-dispersion identification flags are inherent values having least dispersion in at least one standard class of radio signals.
EFFECT: enhanced probability of correct radio signal identification; reduced identification time.
