Abstract RU 2231290 C1

FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology, resuscitation, surgery.

SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with 6-degree evaluation of functions of 8 clinical values of 3 systems, moreover, each value has its point: at the total of points being 0-10 patient's state is considered to be critical, at 11-20 points - the state is bad, that is anesthesiological assistance is inefficient; at 21-30 points - patient's state is satisfactory - anesthesiological assistance is controlled; above 30 points - patient's state is good - anesthesiological assistance meets all necessary requirements. The present innovation enables to evaluate patient's clinical state more accurately that, in its turn, enables to accelerate diagnostics and choose adequate way of anesthesia.
