METHOD FOR ROENTGENODIAGNOSTICS OF SMALL INTESTINAL DYSKINESIA Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: one should carry out roentgenoscopy indirect, right-hand and left-hand oblique projections, in vertical and horizontal positions on patient's back and stomach after the intake of barium suspension. Additionally, one should detect the function of sphincters: duodenojejunoal passage, jejunum and ileum, ileocecal department due to applying additional methods for increasing intra-abdominal pressure. At detecting functional disorders in, at least, 1 mentioned sphincters and/or parts of small intestine one should diagnose small intestinal dyskinesia. The method enables to remove invasive nature, shorten the time and traumaticity of the trial and decrease radiation load upon patient and doctor.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of roentgenodiagnostics.
