FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should direct nasointestinal probe through nasal canal, esophagus, stomach. Posterior retrocolonic gastrojejunoanastomosis is developed, the diameter of anastomosis corresponds or is slightly lower against probe's diameter. Probe is directed into jejunum by avoiding duodenal curvatures. The method enables to simplify direction of probe out of stomach into jejunum and, also, enables to keep the function pyloric press.
