FIELD: production of stamp structural components for making of printing impressions at wetting by stamp ink, in particular, manufacture of blocks for the mentioned stamps.
SUBSTANCE: the block for a mastic stamp includes an embossed plate with printing elements in the form of lug bosses forming a mirror reflection of the printing impression by its face surface, and the space elements in the form of cavities. The space elements are filled with additional printing elements in the form of a great number of small dot elements projecting over the surface of the cavities and located in the points of intersection of the guide curves. The face surface of the projecting dot elements is in the same plane with the face surface of the bosses forming a mirror reflection of the printing impression. The minimum size of the dot elements is within 0.05 to 0.2 mm with the distance between them being at least 0.025 mm. At least one dot element may be shifted relative to the points of intersection of the curves or turned by a certain angle relative to the initial position of the rest dot elements. The minimum distance from the printing elements to the nearest printing additional elements is at least 0.25 mm. The total area of the face surfaces of the printing elements and the additional printing elements makes up 20 to 80% of the area of the embossed plate in plan.
EFFECT: reduced unit load on the printing elements and possibility of check-up of the printing impressions.
