SUBSTANCE: proposed device for fastening passenger seat to passenger car body side 9 has at least one longitudinal section member 1 to which base or lower part of passenger seat is attached. Said longitudinal section member is secured on body side 9. holder 3 is found on body side 9 which has first section 3a pointed to or projecting from body side 9 and second section 3b pointed to side of car body floor. At least one longitudinal section member 1 on its end close to car body side 9 is provided with U-shaped fastening member 2a+2b+2c open from side of car body floor. Holder 3 has part 3c on section 3b pointed to body floor. Part 3c is pointed to body side 9. Part 3d is arranged on end of part 3c nearest to car body side 9. part 3d of holder 3 pointed from body floor and side wall 2b of fastening member 2a+2b+2c arranged from side of support tube are placed one on the other, being secured to each other.
EFFECT: provision of quick and reliable fastening of passenger seat.
