The driver's seat connected to the frame and located in the cabin zone comprises a driver's seat base. Passenger seat, connected to the frame and located in the cabin zone comprises a passenger seat base. The passenger seat is located alongside the driver's seat. Useful space is at least partially limited by the cabin floor and the driver's seat. Useful space located under the driver's seat and extends continuously laterally between the left and the right edge of the cabin floor.

EFFECT: increased free space in the vehicle for passengers or cargo without increasing vehicle size and weight.
