FIELD: paper-and-pulp industry.
SUBSTANCE: process of manufacturing cellulose from mixture of coniferous and deciduous wood involves impregnation of raw wood material with sulfite cooking liquor at elevated temperature. In particular, impregnation is carried out at 107-112оС and cooking at pH 1.8-2.0 and 146-150оС. Coniferous raw material is supplemented by deciduous wood at following proportions of wood components, wt %: fir wood 50-70 and birch wood 30-50; or fir wood 45-50, pine wood 15-25, and birch wood 25-35; or fir wood 60-70 and aspen wood 30-40; or fir wood 40-60, pine wood 20-30, and aspen wood 20-30.
