PYROTECHNICAL FUEL FOR THERMOGENERATORS USED FOR TREATMENT OF A PRODUCTIVE STRATUM Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: oil-extracting industry.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with oil-extracting industry, in particular, with stimulation of holes with the purpose of magnification of production of hydrocarbon raw material by thermogaschemical treatment of a zone around a seam or for a hydraulic seam breakdown using the pressure of light-end products of burning of a pyrotechnic composite material. The technical result is production of a pyrotechnic fuel for thermogasgenerators with a high strain - hardening properties, high "force" and combustion temperature, and also with a heightened content in the combustion gases of halononhydrogens, ensuring chemical treatment of a seam that is dissolution of not only carbonaceous, but also terrigene mucks, that increase porosity of a skeleton of a seam, and decrease solid oxides amount. The pyrotechnic fuel for treatment of the zone around the seam contains (in mass %): ammonium and/or potassium perchlorate - 40 - 60, metal combustible - 5.0-20.0, a thermoplastic halogen containing rubber resin - the rest. The contents may have in the capacity of a metal combustible -aluminum powder, in the capacity of thermoplastic halogen containing rubber - copolymer of trifluoroethylene with vinylidene fluoride, additionally it may have: 1.0-3.0 - plastifier- dioctylsebacate, 0.5-1.5 - a stearate from the following line: calcium stearate, magnesium stearate, aluminum stearate, or mixes of any of them; 1.5 - 4.0 - fluorine-containing modificator - polytetrafluoroethylene.

EFFECT: the invention allows to produce a pyrotechnic fuel for thermogasgenerators with a high strain-hardening properties.
