FIELD: oil production, particularly means for thermal-gas-chemical, vibro-wave and hydrochlorid-acid well bottom zone treatment with gas generated by solid fuel cell combustion used in all-purpose wells, especially for contaminated, low production and sticky oil and gas wells.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises unpackaged solid fuel cells prepared of composition, which provides combustion in aqueous, water-oil and acid conditions, ignition unit and accessories. The accessories include solid fuel cell assemblage members, which pass through central channel of each solid-fuel cell, and tightening members, which tightly pull solid fuel cells one to another and provide at least partial solid fuel cell section removal from well after well bottom zone treatment. Accessories additionally have tray with lower solid fuel cell installed in the tray, rope or composite steel rod fastened to tray center. Ratio between solid fuel cell channel diameter and rope or rod diameter is 4-10:1. Gas generator is also provided with bushes arranged between the cells, lid located over upper solid fuel cell, linear solid fuel cell extension compensator, sleeve arranged over linear solid fuel cell extension compensator, hollow intermediate composite shaft having streamlined shape and fastened to the sleeve from above, as well as fastening unit. The linear solid fuel cell extension compensator is made as spring installed on the lid. The composite shaft has disc connected to upper part thereof. The fastening unit is provided with hermetically sealed electric lead to connect thereof to logging cable over the disc. Tray, bushes and lid have equal dimensions exceeding that of solid fuel cells. The solid fuel cells are produced of heat-resistant high-strength gas generation composition in accordance with a given formulation.
EFFECT: increased treatment efficiency due to complex, namely thermal-gas-chemical, pressure, vibro-wave and acid well bottom zone treatment, possibility of well bottom zone treatment at rather high temperatures.
