FIELD: boring.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with fields of boring and may be used for measurement of a borehole length in the process of boring. The device contains a laser ranger installed on a derrick and directed onto the optical reflector installed on the elevator of the pulley-block system. The laser ranger is installed in the upper part of the derrick with a capability installed of orientation of the optical axis of the laser ranger. At that the weight sensor is installed and hooked on a wire rope of the pulley-block system. Outputs of the laser ranger and the weight sensor on a hook through an analog-digital converter are connected to a computer. The computer can be a personal one. The output of the PC may be connected to an input of the monitor and-or the modem , output of which is connected to a remote computer. The invention is directed to increase reliability the device and accuracy of measurements.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase reliability the device and accuracy of measurements.
