FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with mining
and may be used at an underground development of thick steeply dipping deposits with a horizon and sublevel breaking and an ore drawing under the caved in rock. The problem of the invention is to decrease losses and dilutions of ore and to increase stability of simultaneously dosed vibration output of the broken ore. The method includes driving of mining-preparatory and temporary workings on a drilling and transport levels, breaking of ore by shot-firing under the caved-in covering rocks, driving a sufficient number of mine roadways in the bottom of the block with handling of output roadways and operations on undercut of the broken ore, installation of vibration feeders in the output roadways, simultaneous dosed vibration output of the broken ore into delivery roadways and shipment of the broken ore from the delivery roadways for transportation from the block. After completion of breaking the ore in the block they conduct a loosening of the broken ore, overcompressed by the shot-firing at its breaking process, by individual vibration output of the broken ore from each output roadway by switching on the vibration feeder with the ore transportation from the block in a quantity of 3-15 % of the volume of the broken ore present under the output roadway. Then the left loosened broken ore from the block is issued by the simultaneous dosed vibration outputs into the delivery roadways of the bottom of the block.
EFFECT: the method allows to decrease losses and dilutions of ore and to increase stability of simultaneously dosed vibration output of the broken ore.
