FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: composite toothed wheel has crown and hub, disk detachable in diametrical plane and composed of two parts fixed with one another by screws, and rollers arranged in two rows and located in sleeve of reinforced material. Sleeves are provided at their ends with layers of vibration absorbing material and rollers are made in the form of cartridges filled with lead.

EFFECT: reduced vibration and acoustic activity of toothed wheel composite parts owing to creating of two-cascade vibration isolating system.
