FIELD: electrical engineering; railway traffic signal lights.
SUBSTANCE: novelty is that active resistor of power circuit in light-emitting diode system is replaced by capacitor. Other pole of ac voltage supply is connected through signal relay contact to first lead of capacitor additionally introduced in circuit; second lead of capacitor is connected to second input lead of diode bridge. Light-emitting diode circuit is connected in parallel with diode bridge leads.
EFFECT: enhanced power characteristics of signal light, that is reduced power loss.
