SUBSTANCE: invention can find use as frequency-difference relay while adjusting synchronized signal to input signal.

Technical objective of invention consists in widening of functional potential of relay as it responds both to inadmissible relative mismatch of frequencies of input and synchronized signals and to absolute values of errors which is required for number of technological processes. Frequency-difference relay incorporates frequency meter of input signal, multiplier, two comparators, two actuators, meter of synchronized signal, algebraic adder and inverter.

EFFECT: widened functional potential of relay.
