FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has a screw having head, neck and threaded part. Screw neck is a spring rigidly connected to the head and threaded part of the screw. Two hexagonal slits are available in the head and threaded part of the screw for tightening the screw. Two hexagonal wrenches fixed on single rod having handle are fixed on the slits.

EFFECT: controlled compression in performing osteosynthesis.
